Orders and language requests
We process contact details, song briefs, selected learning songs and consent records to perform contracts or answer requests. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.
Service providers
Hosting is provided by OpenAI/Cloudflare, payments by Stripe, transactional email by Resend and domain/email services by Infomaniak.
Retention
Unpaid checkout data is generally deleted after 30 days, production content generally after 12 months, while tax-relevant records are retained for the statutory period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint.
